Ms Deidre Willmott

Deidre Willmott is a lawyer with many years of experience in business and public policy. From 2014 until 2018 she was CEO of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia. She has also held senior roles with Fortescue Metals Group Ltd, Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games and as Chief of Staff to the Premier of Western Australia.

Ms Willmott is currently a director of the Perth USAsia Centre and Kimberley Foundation Australia as well as a member of the UWA Centre for Rock Art Research & Management Advisory Board.

In 2017 Ms Willmott was appointed to the Board of Australia Post.

She holds law degrees from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
