Ms Caitlin Figueiredo

Caitlin is an award-winning international gender equality advocate. She is the founder and CEO of Jasiri Australia and on a mission to ensure our parliaments reflect the communities they serve. Caitlin was a founding member of the United Nations Commission of the Status of Women Youth Forum. She helped design the Australian Youth Development Index and frequently consults with Ministers, government departments and non-government organisations across Australia and abroad. Caitlin is the Chairperson of the Australian Youth Affairs Coalition, the national peak body representing all 4.5 million young people and a Senior Consultant with Deloitte. In recognition for her services to the Commonwealth, she was named a Queens Young Leader, and is a Forbes 30 Under 30 Listee and remains the youngest category winner of the Australian 100 Women of Influence.
